My client, a successful international financial organization, is looking for a focused, tenacious and self motivated manager to open up their new office.This role will have responsibility for the day to day running of the local business, managing a small team, growing the company's reputation for excellence, but more importantly growing the client base and ensuring the profitability of the branch. This will be achieved via networking, local marketing, cold calling and establishing an excellent local reputation and repeat business from satisfied clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a consultative approach to sales, the ability to build long term working relationships, must be self motivated, committed to on-going learning/personal development, organized and efficient. Experience running a business or in a senior role with responsibility for sales/strategy would be desirable. Industry experience is not essential as the company offer excellent training and there will be extensive study during the initial phase of employment. This will be partly home based and partly based at the company's Head Office, there will be compulsory examinations. This is a regulated industry and therefore this role is particularly suited to someone who is methodical and able to work in a structured environment.
