Jobs by East Devon Online is referred to as US or WE. You, as the user is referred to as YOU or YOURS.

Changes to main terms and conditions.

Changes from the main terms and conditions include how user details are used. Once registered, you agree that you will be emailed about jobs, tips and that signed up Job Agencies can use your details to keep you informed about there latest jobs. Details are not passed onto any party and are kept in possesion of East Devon Online at alll times on a secure server. If details are taken by any illegal means, action will be taken. Further more, if we believe your details are unsafe and are at risk at any point, we reserve the right to delete all user accounts for security reasons. 

Privacy Control remains unchanged from the main terms and conditions.

Applications to jobs.

We have a system of collecting user details and if appplied to a job, you register your email address to the agency or company that posted the listing. They may do with the email as they wish to try and find you a job but may not be passed onto any third party. If you wish to apply for a job and not become part of a agencies or companies mailing list, you must tell them via phone, person or email. If you apply for a job, you consent to them having your email unless otherwise stated.

Changes will be made to the terms and condiitions without notification and can be viewed again via the link on the registration form. Please keep up to date with changes. If you wish too unsubscribe from our mailing list, please send a email from the registered address with your username and we will delete your profile with 24 business hours.
